FAQ — QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Before you send
the plans.

How Monarch projects start, run, and are supported — for builders, developers, general contractors, property managers, and homeowners.

Working with Monarch

How does a project get started?

Send us your plans or request a quote through the contact form. We review your plans and scope within 48 hours, a project manager walks the site or the drawings with you, and you receive a scope and schedule proposal within five business days.

What areas do you serve?

Monarch is headquartered in Florida and manages installations nationwide. Wherever the project is, it runs on the same standard of planning, documentation, and delivery.

What systems do you install and manage?

Pre-wire and low-voltage, audio/video and home theater, networking and connectivity, security and surveillance, and smart-home automation systems — designed, procured, installed, and serviced on one schedule.

For builders, developers & general contractors

How do you keep technology work on our construction schedule?

The schedule is committed before work begins. Monarch phases the work to match construction, coordinates inspections, reports progress weekly, and hands over each unit on closing day.

Do you offer standardized packages for multi-unit projects?

Yes. Builder and developer programs operate under one specification, one contract, and one schedule, with standardized unit packages and upgrade tiers.

Who coordinates crews and vendors on site?

A dedicated project manager directs crews, vendors, and inspections on your behalf. Every phase of the project has an owner, a date, and complete documentation.

For property managers

Can you manage several properties under one contract?

Yes. Multi-site portfolios run under a single contract and a single point of contact, with the same specification and weekly reporting across every property.

What does ongoing service include?

Service coverage begins the day your systems are handed over: priority support and remote diagnostics, upgrades and system expansion, and as-built documentation kept on file.

For homeowners

Who will be working in my home?

Every installation is performed by licensed, insured, and background-checked crews, with a single project manager responsible for the entire scope of work.

What happens after the installation is finished?

Systems are installed, tested, and handed over with complete documentation. Support, upgrades, and expansion are handled by the same team that performed the installation — your point of contact stays the same.
